NEW UNIT FOR PROCESSING OF PHARMACEUTICAL PRODUCTS

Project, manufacture and installation of a vertical cylindrical reactor with a jacket and isothermal in AISI 316L stainless steel (in contact with the product and the rest in AISI 304), of 2000L. Its function is the design of various pharmaceutical products (0.9 to 1.2Kg/m³ of density and +/- 107 CP of viscosity), through the mixing of several elements with heating or cooling of both. It is subject to pressures between 0 to 3.0 bar inside and 0 to 0.5 bar in its jacket. Interior finish - Contains shiny polished sheet metal surfaces and welds (Ra ≤ 0.5 µm). Exterior finish - Sheet surfaces and welds are ground (GR.220). Contains several accessories: Bottom magnetic mixer stirrer; Oxygen sensor; temperature probe; Pressure transmitter; Sparging disk; Load cells; Sample valve; Bottom valve.
