CONCEPTION AND ASSEMBLY OF A NEW MANUFACTURING UNIT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF COSMETIC PRODUCTS

Project, manufacture and installation of units for processing the product, from the production unit (two vertical reactors of 500L/unit, three vertical reactors of 700L/unit, three vertical fusers of 100L/unit, a structure tube, etc), the mobile CIP unit (a vertical tank of 300L/unit, another of 500L/unit,etc), and the treated water unit (a vertical tank of 1000L/unit, another 2000L/unit,etc). Installation of access ladder and protection balconies surrounding the production unit. Installation of a superheated water boiler including stainless steel chimney, screw compressor with integrated dryer, and other equipment and accessories for the treated water unit. Installation and assembly of pipes, accessories and equipment for interconnecting the various units.
