CONCEPTION AND ASSEMBLY OF A NEW FACTORY FOR THE PRODUCTION OF DETERGENTS AND COSMETIC PRODUCTS

Project, manufacture and installation of a new factory for the production of cosmetic products 100% automated, from the reception of raw materials to the production of the final product, pre-programmed recipes are used by the customer, automatically controlling the introduction of raw materials (by weighing), including brine and treated water (cold and hot water ring). Installation of a superheated water boiler (3721 kW) with AISI 304L stainless steel chimney, for heating products and hot water ring. A cleaning system (CIP uni) was installed for this entire process so that all circuits and equipment are washed automatically, totaling 64 cleaning circuits.
